Connect your roadmap to product intel.

Create features in Twine helps connect customer product intel to each individual feature, leading to more powerful digests. To create a feature:

  • Click on the Product page in the main navigation.

  • Click New feature in the top right corner.

Enter the basic details of the feature, including:

  • Name: Give your feature a name that will be intuitive for go-to-market teams.

  • Emoji: Select an emoji that will help the feature stand out on the roadmap.

  • Status: Select the status of the feature. This will determine the column it's listed in.

  • Release date: Set the expected release date.

  • Description: Explain the feature functionality and include any relevant links.

All of these fields can be modified at any time. Once completed, click Continue in the bottom right.

Next, enter the problem statements. This is how Twine matches product intel to the feature. It is best to describe the problems the way a customer would describe them. Enter as many problem statements as are relevant.

Once completed, click Find related intel in the lower right to finish creating the feature. The feature will then be added to the Product page based on it's status.
