Twine automates the following for your product and go-to-market teams. Check out a quick four-minute walkthrough of Twine from our co-founder Max, with more detail of the basics of Twine below.

Extract intel from customer calls

Customers are always giving product feedback on calls, whether it be new feature requests, improvements needed, competitor comparisons, or even critical issues that will cause them to churn. Capturing every moment effectively, consistently, in a format that is useful for product teams is very time-consuming for sales and customer success.

Twine automates this entire process and calls these moments intel. Connect Twine to your call recording software and CRM, and you'll immediately have the key moments extracted with with ARR opportunity size, customer name, feedback summary, and video highlights. It's like having a product manager on every call who can summarize and edit videos instantaneously.

Connect roadmap to intel from calls

Twine is not another dumping ground for customer feedback. The intel extracted is objective, consistent, and done in a manner than can match to your product roadmap. Describe the features on your roadmap in terms of the problems you are intending to solve for customers. Twine will automatically monitor all intel extracted from calls to match your problem statements with what customers actually say on calls. This is useful for validating new feature ideas and knowing which sales and customer success teammates to follow up with for a deeper dive into what customers are saying.

Keep a pulse on opportunities with digests

Because Twine always understands intel extracted from calls, the state of deals in the CRM, and the features on the product roadmap, it can do very powerful analysis and reporting on your behalf. Tell Twine which product area and/or customer segment you care about and have weekly or monthly reports delivered to you and your team in Slack and on the web. Digests can show opportunities ranked by ARR, biggest deal blockers heard that week, customer love highlight reels, and many more. All of these include the video clips and summaries of what customers are saying across the whole segment you care about.

Personalized enablement at scale

Closing the loop with customers is a surprisingly messy process, but Twine helps. When a new feature is shipped, Twine will send personalized announcements to sales and customer success based on which of their customers requested the feature. If a new feature is in discovery you can send custom messages to sales and customer success requesting them to dive deeper on the next call with customers and get the clips auto extracted and sent back to you. Twine does the difficult routing and personalization that even an ops team struggles to do efficiently.
