Twine offers a 14-day free trial. During the trial unlimited analysis of calls from five Gong or Twine call bot users is allowed. Unlimited users can be added to Twine to view the intel extracted, create digests, add to the roadmap, and view data shared in Slack. This article outlines the key steps to take to make the most of your trial.

Step 1: Integrate with Gong or Twine call bot

Once connected to call data, Twine can start generating intel. The two options are setting up the Gong integration, or adding Twine's call bot to your Google or Outlook calendar. During the trial, select up to five team members to collect data from. Most customers pick a particular sales or customer success team for the trial while they review the data and begin to configure digests and add product features.

Time required: 2 minutes

Step 2: Integrate with Slack

Twine delivers it's digests and updates via Slack in addition to the web (Teams support is coming soon). Only one person needs to connect Slack per workspace. Twine won't post anything in channels until a digest is configured to do so.

Time required: 2 minutes

Step 3: Integrate CRM

Twine will extract the key info from your CRM about deals and customers. By connecting this data, the product team unlocks a whole new way to understand the business value of their features, and everyone in the org can receive weekly digests based on ARR, customer segments, deal stage, breadth of customers, etc.

Time required: 2 minutes

Step 4: Add features

Add features from your roadmap to Twine. Once features are created with problem statements, Twine is able to monitor all calls for intel related to each feature. This is a powerful way to connect your go-to-market team data to the product team's roadmap.

Time required: 5 minutes

Step 5: Configure Digests

Configure Twine to deliver weekly or monthly reports. During the trial, it is recommended to create a weekly report of each type - product feedback, urgent blockers, competitive intelligence, and customer love. Share them in a team Slack channel so others can get value from the data without having to login to Twine.

Time required: 4 minutes

That's it! If you have any questions, the Twine team is available at support@twine.so.
