Digests are reports that you assign Twine to analyze and share on a recurring basis - it's like having your very own analyst. You might not have time to review every call, which is where digests come in. Tell Twine which features, customer segments, or deal types you want to be analyzed, whether you want the report delivered weekly or monthly, and which Slack channels you want the digest shared in.

Digests will uncover themes from the intel that has been extracted from all calls. When configuring a digest you can scope the analysis to the type of data you are most interested in. Common examples are the product area you own, the customer segment you serve, blockers from live opportunities, etc.

Twine will require a certain amount of data to be confident in generating a theme. The specific intel and related video clips will always be included to provide evidence of how it arrived at that theme. If not enough related intel is available to create a theme, the digest will explain that. Any intel that is in the scope of the analysis but not themed will be included as unthemed intel at the bottom of the report.

Reports shared in Slack will provide a preview of the top three themes along with related video clips. Users can click on the Slack message to explore the full report within Twine. This is a great way to get your whole team across what customers are saying regularly.

Every configured digest will create a series of editions. Within the Digests section of the product it is possible to explore every configured series, or all editions published by Twine.
