Digests have a few basic configurations required, and only take a few minutes to set up. Go to the Digests page in the side navigation menu, and click New Digest in the top right corner. The options to select are:

  • Name: Give your digest a name that will make sense to your team. Be specific.

  • Cover image: Select a cover image from our library.

  • Intel type: Digests can only include one intel type.

  • Sort by: Choose if you want to sort by volume of intels or ARR amount.

  • Filters: Scope the analysis to specific features, customers, or opportunities.

  • Start date and time: When the first digest edition will be published.

  • Frequency: Select weekly or monthly.

Once your features have been created, you can choose as many features to include as you would like. This will scope the analysis only to intel related to these features. This is really useful for product teams who want to focus on just feedback about their product or feature area.

If your CRM is connected, you can use any of the default or custom fields to focus on a particular customer segment, region, account owner(s), opportunity type, or opportunity stage. This is great for product teams to keep a pulse on a subset of customers they are focused on, or for GTM teams to get regular analysis of what the segment they own is saying about the product.

We recommend most reports set to weekly so you keep a regular pulse on what customers are saying, but Twine supports monthly reporting as well. Set the recurrence schedule and select any Slack channels the report should be shared with once it's generated and ready for viewing.

We recommend setting the start time at least 10 minutes in the future to give Twine time to process any new configurations you've set.
