Twine has a call bot that can be used if your team doesn't already use call recording software. To set it up, just connect it to your calendar.
Connect Google Calendar
Click your name in the lower left corner.
Click My Integrations in the top nav menu.
Click +Add new.
Select Google Calendar.
Authorize Twine to have read only access to your calendar.
Once completed, go to the Calendar page to see upcoming meetings, including details on which ones Twine is set to join. If you don't see any meetings, try refreshing the Calendar page a few minutes later as Google takes a minute to sync the calendar events sometimes.

Disconnect Google Calendar
Click your name in the lower left corner.
Click My Integrations in the top nav menu.
Select Google Calendar.
Click Disconnect.
