Twine has a call bot that can be used if your team doesn't already use call recording software. To set it up, just connect it to your calendar.

Connect Outlook Calendar

  1. Click your name in the lower left corner.

  2. Click My Integrations in the top nav menu.

  3. Click +Add new.

  4. Select Outlook Calendar.

  5. Authorize Twine to have read only access to your calendar.

Twine is currently in the approval process to be a Microsoft partner. During this period, you will need an admin to approve access to Twine.

Once you complete the above steps, you should see this message:

Ask the Microsoft admin to go to the following URL to approve, with your domain added:

https://login.microsoftonline.com/<your-domain>/adminconsent?client_id=bbd975b7-bf22-4d57-925c-bd7d6d631be1

For example, for Twine it would be:

https://login.microsoftonline.com/twine.so/adminconsent?client_id=bbd975b7-bf22-4d57-925c-bd7d6d631be1

Once approved, go to the Calendar page to see upcoming meetings, including details on which ones Twine is set to join. If you don't see any meetings, try refreshing the Calendar page a few minutes later as Microsoft takes a minute to sync the calendar events at times.

Read how to configure your Twine bot call join logic here.
