Twine's call bot works by integrating with Google or Outlook calendars, then joins meetings as a participant. Once connected to the calendar, all upcoming and past meetings can be seen on the Calendar page in the side navigation menu.

๐Ÿ’ก Note: The Calendar page will only be viewable after the calendar is integrated.

Twine joins meetings based on rules that can be managed in settings. To change the settings:

  1. Click your name in the lower left corner.

  2. Click My integrations.

  3. Select your calendar.

  4. Click Tell Twine which meetings to join.

  5. Select the Join setting: All meetings I'm attending, Only meetings I organize, or Only when added to a meeting manually.

  6. Select the attendees option: Any or External participants.

To manually add or remove Twine from a call:

  1. Click Calendar in the side navigation menu.

  2. Select the meeting.

  3. Select Join anyway or Remove.

If Slack has been integrated Twine will send a post-call report automatically in Slack. All calls can also be found on the Calls page.
