Connect Twine to Gong to automatically extract product intel from calls.
Connect Gong
Click your Workspace name in the lower left corner.
Click Integrations in the top nav menu.
Click +Add new.
Select Gong under Calls.
5. Enter Gong Base URL, Access key, and Access key secret. To get these:
Login to Gong.
Go to Company settings in the lower left corner.
Under Ecosystem, click API.
Click API keys and Get API key.
Copy the Base URL, Access key, and Access key secret into Twine.
6. During the trial, select up to five call owners to import calls from. Click Save.
Note: Paid customers can choose to select all call owners.
This can be changed at any time.
Disconnect Gong
Click your Workspace name in the lower left corner.
Click Integrations in the top nav menu.
Click Gong under Connected integrations.
Click Disconnect.
