Connect Twine to Chorus to automatically extract product intel from calls.
Connect Chorus
Click your Workspace name in the lower left corner.
Click Integrations in the top nav menu.
Click +Add new.
Select Chorus under Calls.
Enter Chorus API key. If you need help finding this key, ask your Chorus admin.
During the trial, select up to five call owners to import calls from. Click Save.
Paid customers can choose to select all call owners. This can be changed at any time.
The Chorus API only supports transcript extraction and does not provide access to video or audio at this time. We will add video and audio support as soon as Chorus support this format of export.
Disconnect Chorus
Click your Workspace name in the lower left corner.
Click Integrations in the top nav menu.
Click Chorus under Connected integrations.
Click Disconnect.
