Twine is trained to automatically extract key product intel from all customer calls. These are the moments a product team would be listening for if they were able to join every call. Twine makes it so this just works, with no work required by sales, customer success, or product teams. With Twine you'll instantly starting building a comprehensive and objective library of product intel that can be viewed by anyone in your company. Every intel will include extracted video clips and transcripts so teams can hear directly from the customer without any annoying video editing steps.

There are four intel types that Twine monitors for:

  1. Product feedback: Constructive feedback about the product, including feature requests, usability issues, performance issues, packaging, etc. will be captured.

  2. Urgent blockers: High priority pieces of feedback that if left unaddressed will likely result in customer churn or lost deals.

  3. Competitive intel: Comparing your product to a competitor, good or bad.

  4. Customer love: Praise when the customer is very happy with the product.

Some calls may have no intel extracted, others may have several moments. Twine has been fine tuned to only extract what is truly important for the product team.
