Once connected, Twine will automatically extract product intel from calls recorded through Aircall.
Connect Aircall
Click your Workspace name in the lower left corner.
Click Integrations in the top nav menu.
Click +Add new.
Select Aircall under Calls.
Enter your Aircall API ID and API Token. If you need help finding these, ask your Aircall admin.
During the trial, select up to five call owners to import calls from. Click Save.
Paid customers can choose to select all call owners. This can be changed at any time.
Disconnect Aircall
Click your Workspace name in the lower left corner.
Click Integrations in the top nav menu.
Click Aircall under Connected integrations.
Click Disconnect.
