At Twine, we help go-to-market and product teams work better together. With so many ways to use our Services, we want to support you to work with your Customer Data in a safe and respectful way. That’s why we’ve created this Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) to guide you in uploading content, respecting the rights of others, and interacting with our technology measures.

This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of Twine’s Master Subscription Agreement (“MSA”) (or, as and when applicable, any other agreement you have with us in respect of the Services) and User Terms of Service (“User Terms”). Unless indicated otherwise in this Policy, all defined terms have the same meaning given to those terms in the MSA or User Terms. This Policy may be updated from time to time.

In connection with your use of our Services, you agree not to do any of the following, or permit or encourage others to do any of the following:

  • upload or publish any Customer Data that: (i) infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy; (ii) is fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive; (iii) is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive to others; (v) promotes discrimination, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group; (vi) is violent or threatening, or promotes violence or actions that are threatening, to any person or entity; (vii) promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances; or (viii) includes Protected Health Information (as that term is defined in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”));

  • use or disclose any of our Confidential Information, or infringe our Intellectual Property Rights, including copying the layout and design of any page, without our express written consent;

  • access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Services, our computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of our providers;

  • attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any of our systems or networks, or breach any security or authentication measures, without our express written consent;

  • avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, impair, descramble or otherwise circumvent any technological measure implemented by us or any of our providers to protect the Services;

  • attempt to access or download content via any mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools and the like) other than the Site and/or approved integrations and APIs;use meta tags or other hidden text including our name or trademarks;

  • attempt to reverse engineer any of the software used to provide the Services;

  • interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any user, host or network;

  • send any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, email, spam, or other form of solicitation, including sending invitations to use the Services;

  • violate, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation.

While we have no obligation to monitor your access to or use of the Services, or to review or edit any Customer Data, we may do so for the purpose of ensuring your compliance with this Policy, or to comply with applicable law or the requirement of a government body. Without limiting other remedies available to us, we may temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate your access to the Services without notice or liability if we believe (in our sole discretion) that your use of our Services violates this Policy.
